‘Tis the season for a compromised immune system, with the hustle and bustle of holiday shopping, traveling, eating large holiday meals and the total stress associated with the season.

Cold and flu viruses don’t discriminate they choose weak immune systems, however there are ways to fight against these viruses.

A weak immune system can lead to life threatening diseases over time, so it’s imperative to aid your body’s natural defense system.

You can look at your immune system like the military if the military is not stocked with the proper weapons and training they will be slaughter at war time.

On every corner you see signs FLU SHOT HERE

The flu shot does not guarantee you will not get the flu and who really wants a needle jabbed in their arm???

The good news is there many ways to get your immune system ready for war with the flu, cold virus or any other enemies that comes against it.

Here are a few all natural ways that can help get your immune system ready for war:

1.Ganoderma Lucidum (Relishi Mushroom)

The foods we eat can have a direct impact on how effectively our immune system operates, eating good foods can have a positive impact as well as eating not so good foods can have a negative impact.

2. Blending or Juicing organic fruits & vegetables (when vegetables are blended or juiced they are broken down into micro nutrients and is absorbed directly into the blood stream)

Sleep is a vital part of how the immune system works, every creature in nature rest at some point. These days with our crazy busy schedules who has time for sleep???

Some may think sleep is over rated, at times I wish I didn’t have to sleep so I could get more things accomplished, BUT… we are not robots.

Even robots need to reboot at some point right….

In today’s world everyone is trying to keep up with the pace of life, work family, school and the list never ends. However there are ways to reduce some stress from our lives.

4. Find Ways to de-stress

a. Let go of stressful relationships
b. Have fun and laugh
c. Pray and meditate on spiritual things
d. Learn how to breath, breathing properly can reduce anxiety
e. Exercise on a regular basis

Here are some products I use and recommend:

Ganoderma Lucidum- I used this on a daily basis to keep my soldiers strong and ready for battle.

GE Juice Extractor- I recently purchased this juicer and I’m very pleased with the results. I juice everything from carrots to cucumbers, I love love love my juicer!!!

Farberware Blender- I’ve had this blender for several months now and I can’t be happier I use it multiple times a day to make notorious smoothies, soups, and shakes for my family. I wished I purchased this product years ago.
