‘Tis the season for a compromised immune system, with the hustle and bustle of holiday shopping, traveling, eating large holiday meals and the total stress associated with the season.

Cold and flu viruses don’t discriminate they choose weak immune systems, however there are ways to fight against these viruses.

A weak immune system can lead to life threatening diseases over time, so it’s imperative to aid your body’s natural defense system.

You can look at your immune system like the military if the military is not stocked with the proper weapons and training they will be slaughter at war time.

The flu shot does not guarantee you will not get the flu and who really wants a needle jabbed in their arm???

The good news is there many ways to get your immune system ready for war with the flu, cold virus or any other enemies that comes against it.

Here are a few all natural ways that can help get your immune system ready for war:

1.Ganoderma Lucidum (Relishi Mushroom)

The foods we eat can have a direct impact on how effectively our immune system operates, eating good foods can have a positive impact as well as eating not so good foods can have a negative impact.
